Brislings Sardines are a small fish, tipically, caught, caught, canned, and imported from Scotland or Norway.
OK, I’ll say the word…. sardine. Sardines include several types of fish
and I know many will say “yuk”. You picture the football guy sitting in

I find them sweet and delectable and more than a snack just out of the can. Believe it or not you can find all sorts of recipes for the little fish.
I would bet if you like fish and in the past you didn’t care for sardines you will like Brislings. Some brands are pricy but you will find them at an affordable price too.
Overall Sardines are high in their anti-inflammatory effect. For those who have to keep
track of their sugar intake the Glycemic Load is zero.
